Harlan D. Luty

Harlan D. Luty, 89, passed away on March 18^th, 2024, at Pleasant Hills, Hutchinson. He was born October 9, 1934, in Hutchinson, the son of Harvey and Helen Luty. On November 28, 1954, he married Phyllis (Bornholdt) of Inman. He worked as a farmer and teacher at Hutch Community College and was a member of the Emanuel Lutheran Church, Hutchinson.

  He is survived by two sons: Michael (Dorothy) Luty of Inman, Scott (Connie) Luty of Colwich, KS, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

 He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis, his parents, and brother.

 Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Inman Funeral Home. Graveside service will be 10:00am, Friday, March 22, 2024, at North Inman Cemetery, Inman with a Memorial service to follow at 11:00am at Inman Funeral Home with Pastor Linda Mohr officiating.
