Donna Jean Kroeker

 Donna Jean Kroeker, 87, passed away December 2, 2024, at Pleasant View Home, Inman. She was born November 30, 1937, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Albert J. and Sarah Ediger Regier. Donna graduated from Buhler High School and went on to get her associate’s degree in education from Bethel College. In addition to being a homemaker and farm wife, Donna worked for Gregory, Inc. in Buhler for 17 years prior to retiring. Donna was an active member of the Bethel Mennonite Church, where she enjoyed singing, Friendship Circle and her ladies Sunday School class. She especially cherished time with family, attending countless activities for her children and grandchildren.

On December 1, 1957, she married John W. Kroeker at the Buhler Mennonite Church. They shared 67 years of marriage.

Donna is survived by her husband John; her children, Loren (Kathy) Kroeker, Inman, Mark (Andrea) Kroeker, Salina, Lyle (Julie) Kroeker, Salina, and Lisa (Justin) Jensen, Hutchinson; sisters, Renetta (Elmer) Kroeker, Inman, Jan (Alvin) Kroeker, Inman, and Sylvia Schmidt (Ken Meyer), Wichita; sister- in-law, Ella Regier, Newton; grandchildren, Andrew (Caitlin) Kroeker, Daniel Kroeker, Matthew Kroeker, Kelsey Kroeker, Kyle (Anna) Kroeker, Katy Kroeker, Kaleb Kroeker, Karly Kroeker, Nathan (Michaela) Kroeker, Timothy Kroeker, Landon (Paige) Stucky, Mallory (Tyler) Cottam, Colton Stucky and Caden Stucky; and 8 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Robert Schmidt.

Visitation will be Friday, December 6, 2024, from 5-7 PM at Inman Funeral Home with the family present. Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the North Inman Cemetery with the memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM at Bethel Mennonite Church, Inman. The service will be live streamed on the church website, www.bethelinman.org.
